Elder Skyler Rushton with Canada Elders Hello there friends and family! It’s your favorite son/friend/acquantince, Elder Rushton! So I learned a whole lot of things this week!: 1. Public transit in Langley is NOT reliable!! Even if you’re at the bus stop fifteen minutes early, you’re still likely to miss the stinkin’ bus! 2. [...] It happened!!!!!! I’m finally out of Penticton!! Transfer calls last Monday were crazy! The Penticton sisters area closed and the Elders got whitewashed! (that means both Elders were taken out!) So Penticton has two new Elders and that is it! It was pretty intense. This is Langley BC, Canada. So Elder Bolkcom got sent [...] Skyler and his companion, Elder Sly This is it. Transfer calls are tonight. I have spent six months in Penticton, which is usually the tradition of this area. Elder Fitzner, Elder Bingham (who went to Pleasant Grove for school!), and Elder Lieber were all trained here for six months and then left to go [...] |
